1)   1. What is the minimum educational qualification for Govt. service ?

Ans.-- Passing the 10th standard Board Examination.

2)    2. What is the minimum age to get a Govt. service ?

Ans.—18 years.

3)     3. Is there any marks bar to apply for a Govt. service ?

Ans.—There is no marks bar for any service at present.

4)    4. Is it necessary to be meritorious to get a Govt. service ?

Ans.—No, smart preparation and hard work can gift you a Govt. service.

5)   5.    Is the fluency in speaking English required ?

Ans.--  No, a candidate just has to know the fundamentals of English language.

6)    6. Is computer learning mandatory ?

  Ans.—Yes, for most of the posts basic knowledge in computer application is required.

7)    7. What are the subjects examined for the Govt. service ?

  Ans.—For most of the examinations,the syllabus is more or less same. A candidate has to prepare mainly four subjects ---- Mathematics ,English , General Intelligence and General knowledge . For some of the examinations the preparation in Data Analysis,Data Pratation, Computer Knowledge.

8)    8. Is it necessary to be strong in Mathematics in school/collage level ?

  Ans.—No, applying smart techniques and rigorous practice on the syllabus with help to score high in the examination .

9)    9. What is the educational qualification required to be a Govt. officer ?

  Ans.—Graduate in any stream from any UGC. Recognized University.

      10)  What are the main examinations for the recruitment of  officers in Govt. of West Bengal ?

Ans.—WBCS. PSC Miscellaneous , PSC Audit and Accouents etc.

 

11  11)  How long does it take to get completely prepared to erack the examination ?

  Ans.--  The preparation phase is not same for all Generally a preparation  of 1.5 year can take the candidate to the perfection level required . But it has also been happened that some candidates get job after 3-4 months of preparation.

1    12)  Master Degree necessary for Govt. service ?

  Ans.—Apart from the teachership/lecturership.

1     13)  What are the major sectors of recruitment at present ?

  Ans.—The major sectors of Govt. recruitment are – General Administration                                  ( IAS,WBCS,SSC,PSC etc)

       Police service, Rail (ASM,Goods Guard,TC,Gr- D etc)
